Yoga & Massage @ The Artpad, 62 Great Pulteney Street, Bath

You can book individual classes and Thai yoga massage treatments at The Artpad on Great Pulteney Street via my online SHOP. At the end of each calendar month, new dates will be released for the month ahead. My suggestion is that you book ALL the sessions you’d like to attend for the upcoming month as soon as they’re released to avoid disappointment as space is limited. All November dates are currently live on my website: LOOK & BOOK

Mondays - Yoga Fundamentals - 9.30-10.30

This class is great if you like to have the postures and techniques broken down and explained. It might be that you’re new to yoga or perhaps you teach yoga and you like the idea of revisiting the foundational principles to aid your own teaching. Whatever your reason for coming, you’re very welcome!

Wednesdays - Flow Yoga - 9.30-10.30

An all levels flowing yoga class designed to energise and uplift with elements of challenge and choice.

Wednesdays - Gentle Yoga - 11.00-12.00

Mindful movement designed to soothe and calm. Suitable for when your energy is low or your body is in need of careful handling.

Fridays - Flow Yoga - 9.30-10.30

An all levels flowing yoga class designed to energise and uplift with elements of challenge and choice.

Fridays - Thai Yoga Massage - 11.00-12.30

In traditional Thai yoga massage, the recipient remains clothed while the body is compressed, pulled, stretched and rocked. The practitioner uses thumbs, palms, forearms, elbows, knees and feet to create a dance of movement on the body, which is part massage and part assisted yoga.  The overall effect is one of deep relaxation, rejuvenation, physical and mental wellbeing. Treatments take place on a heated futon on the floor.  Please dress as you would for an exercise class in soft, stretchy, comfortable clothes.

Workshops

90 min Yin Yoga Workshops at Yoga Bodhi in Bath on the 1st Sunday of every calendar month - 10.30-12.00

Yin yoga is a slow-paced, passive style of yoga where poses are held for extended periods (often 3-5 minutes or longer) to target the nervous system and tissues deep in the body. Rooted in Taoist philosophy, the practice involves finding a sustainable "edge" of stretch or compression, remaining still, and allowing gravity to deepen the pose. By reducing muscular effort and focusing on breath and mindfulness, yin yoga enhances flexibility, joint mobility, and a sense of calm and balance within the body and mind.

Please book direct with the studio.
